FAQ

No, you may have a service business and have an idea of the types of products your customers need. If you have a way of getting access to products that you could sell either from the supplier directly or through drop-shipping such as from Amazon or Oberlo, you can create a catalogue of products to sell. There are Shopify plugins for Amazon and Oberlo where you don’t handle the product but can charge a percentage. We do recommend that you have a registered business and are tax compliant. If you already have products ready to sell and a way of delivering (through delivery companies or through drop-shipping) you are ready to create your online shop.

These sessions are highly interactive, structured and client-led so that you get the most out of them. These sessions are limited to a select number of people so that the group calls are intimate and provide you with the space and time to have your business questions answered. There are 4 sessions in total (45 minutes per session).

In these sessions, we get to know you and your business and give our best advice and strategies on how to implement your plan. These sessions are invaluable as you learn from the experts directly. You receive 2 User Experience mentoring sessions, 1 Data Protection (GDPR) mentoring session and 1 Goal setting & Mindset mentoring session. We are here to support you in any way we can and we want your business to thrive. These sessions give you business accountability alongside the time and the space to get your questions answered by the experts. Availability is limited so book early.

The group coaching starts the first week of every month. There is one group session per week over the 4 weeks which takes place online. You receive 4 group mentoring sessions in total (45 minutes per session). The sessions will be recorded in case you miss a session but you can still get your questions answered by the experts. Spaces are limited to 15 people, so book early.

The One-to-One Business Mentoring starts the first week of signing up to the course. There is one session per week over the 4 weeks which takes place on Zoom. You receive 4 one-to-one Mentoring Sessions in total (45 minutes per session). 

In these sessions, we get to know you and your business and give our best advice and strategies on how to implement your plan. These sessions are invaluable as you learn from the experts directly. You receive 2 User Experience mentoring sessions, 1 GDPR mentoring session and 1 Goal setting & Mindset mentoring session. Lisa Reburn, User Experience Researcher & Digital Designer

Lisa is a User Experience Researcher & Designer based in Ireland. She has worked as the lead designer on multiple award-winning Business to Business and eCommerce websites for various industries. Lisa has a Masters in Digital Media, has received 2 UX training certificates and has lectured in the area of Digital Design. 

She is the founder of UX Effect and aims to help businesses identify and solve user experience issues so they can strategically grow their business in a human-centred way.

Claire Nicole Stansfield

Claire Nicole Stansfield is an International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited success coach. Claire is passionate about helping entrepreneurs align their mindset to their goals, by overcoming limiting beliefs and growing their confidence to take action on the strategy with more ease and flow in turn accelerating their results.  Claire pulls on her own experience as a serial entrepreneur that spans over 2 decades, to support you with the mindset to excel in business.
